The Bob-Hopping in Boulogne, France
This dance began life during 1995 and was originally known as The Headless Cross.
It was performed out in its original form only once before being dropped, only to reappear during 1998.
Its current name is taken from the little known street by the Chip Shop in Alvechurch.
During the intervening years the figures were refined, the stepping and sticking changed, and a new tune was applied, giving rise to the dance as it is currently performed./p>
